There are moments when a home, a workspace or you yourself feel heavy: arguments that linger in the air, difficult stretches, the sense that something is not flowing. This energy cleansing ritual mix was made for those moments.
It brings together in a single jar the herbs, salt and minerals that tradition has linked for centuries to purification and protection. It is made by hand, layer by layer, in our workshop.
🫙 What it contains and what each element stands for
- Coarse white salt: the purifier par excellence. Traditionally used to absorb and neutralise heavy energies.
- Peppercorns: associated with driving away negativity and cutting unwanted influences.
- Rosemary leaves: the plant of cleansing and protection in the Mediterranean tradition.
- Garlic slices: one of the oldest protectors in folk culture.
- Tourmaline: considered the protection stone par excellence, it acts as a shield.
- Tiger's eye: linked to personal protection, confidence and steadiness.
- Amethyst: the stone of transmutation, which helps turn tension into calm.
🕯️ How to use it
- Choose your moment. The waning moon is traditionally the ideal phase for letting go and cleansing.
- Air out and tidy the space where you will do the ritual.
- Place your cleansing candle on a heat-resistant plate and form a circle of the mix around it, keeping the herbs away from the flame.
- Set the minerals near the candle, light it and state your intention: what you want to release and what you want to protect.
- When you finish, dispose of the salt and herbs outside the house. Symbolically, they carry away what you have cleansed. The minerals you can keep by the entrance or in your workspace.

When is the best time to do the cleansing?
Tradition points to the waning moon, the phase linked to letting go. That said, if the atmosphere feels heavy there is no need to wait: the best moment is when you need it.
Can I use it without lighting a candle?
Yes. You can put a little of the mix in a small bowl by the entrance or in the corners of the house and let it work. The candle intensifies the ritual, but it is not essential.
What do I do with the mix afterwards?
The salt and herbs are thrown away outside the house: symbolically they take with them what you have cleansed. The minerals stay with you: wash them and keep them for the next ritual.
