Which red candle should I choose for love?
To attract, the Come to Me Prepared Ritual Candle. For passion and courage, the Fire Element Prepared Ritual Candle. Careful with the Red 7-Wick Ritual Candle – Small: it is not for attracting love, it is made to cut influences and unblock whatever is stopping the relationship from moving.
Do red candles come ready prepared?
It depends. The prepared candles and votives are already made ritual for their purpose. Plain candles, like the Isis nº3 or the handmade ones, you dress yourself.
How long does a red candle last?
It depends on the format. The Isis nº3 candle burns for between 3 and 4 hours. Prepared candles and votives are larger pieces and are worked by letting them burn down.
Which moon phase should I light a red candle in?
It depends what you are asking for. To attract, waxing or full moon. To cut or unblock, waning moon: that is why we do not recommend lighting the 7-wick candles on a waxing moon, which is a phase of expansion and attraction, the opposite of what they do. Which day should I light a red candle?
For love, Friday is the preferred day. For other requests the moon phase matters more than the day of the week.
Can I combine a red candle with other colours?
Yes, and it is the usual thing to do: red brings the momentum and another colour shades the request. The meaning of each colour is in candles and colours.
Will any red candle do for any request?
No. Each prepared candle is made for one specific piece of work, so it is better to choose by purpose and not only by colour. If you would rather have a plain candle and set the intention yourself, the Isis nº3 and the handmade ones are the option.
