1.- Scope of application

9.- Purchase returns

LAS VELAS DE MARIANO informs you that you have the right of withdrawal, provided that the products purchased are not in the categories contemplated in article 45 of the Law on the management of retail trade. You can exercise this right in accordance with the following conditions:

LAS VELAS DE MARIANO accepts all returns made within the indicated period (15 business days from receipt of the item) provided that the item is in perfect condition. Once the item is received.

We do not sell products to minors. The products we sell must be purchased by adults. Children under 18 may only use Mariano's candle products under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
