Minerals can be a real help as amulets for luck, for protection or for love. Every one of ours is a natural stone, and you will find them in the formats that change how you use them: raw as they come out of the seam, tumbled and polished for your pocket, one-off pieces for the space, and set into bracelets and pendants to wear. Here we set out which mineral to choose for what you are after, and how to clean it afterwards.

Minerals: the natural energy of the Earth
Our minerals and crystals are natural in origin and each has its own properties. They are wellbeing tools you can wear, place at home or use in meditation.
Which mineral to choose for what you are after
Choosing a mineral starts with the need, not the colour.
Raw, tumbled or set: which format suits you
The same stone changes use depending on the form it comes in.
| Format | What it is | What for |
|---|
| Raw | Neither polished nor cut, with the natural faces of the crystal. | To keep as a mineral, and for the altar or the table. |
| Tumbled | Barrel-polished, smooth and without edges. | For your pocket or for meditation. |
| One-off piece | Druses, geodes, points and collector's pieces. | For the space: harmonising a room. |
| Accessory | Set into a bracelet or a pendant. | To wear against the skin all day. |
Each format has its own section: Tumbled Minerals, Unique pieces, Mineral Accessories and Mineral Pendants.
How to clean and care for your minerals
The practical rule is hardness. Quartzes — amethyst, citrine, hawk's eye, ametrine — handle running water without trouble. The soft and porous ones — howlite, green calcite, rhodochrosite, apatite — are cleaned dry, because prolonged water and salt take away their sheen and damage them. Kyanite is a case apart: it splits into blades and water can separate them.
On each mineral's page we say whether it can get wet or not.
100% natural minerals
Every stone is picked one by one and arrives just as it comes out of the ground, undyed and untreated. That is why no piece is identical to another: shade, veining and size vary, and what you receive will not be exactly what is in the photo. One of the most asked about has an article of its own: selenite: how to connect with the moon.
Frequently asked questions about minerals
Which mineral should I choose if it is my first?
Start with what you need, not with the mineral you like the look of. If you are unsure, the three to start with are Black Tourmaline · Raw Natural for protection, Rose Quartz Heart · Medium for love and Citrine Drusy · Abundance for abundance. And if what interests you is wearing one, the Feeling collection: a bracelet for every emotion.
Raw, tumbled or set into jewellery?
What changes is the use, not the stone. Raw keeps the natural faces of the crystal and is the most recognisable form; tumbled is polished and fits in a pocket; set into Mineral Accessories you wear it against the skin all day. The Unique pieces are for the space, not to be worn.
How do you clean minerals?
It depends on hardness. Quartzes handle running water; the soft, porous ones such as howlite, calcite or rhodochrosite are cleaned dry, because water and salt damage them. We state it on every page.
Is each piece the same as the photo?
No. They are natural minerals: shade, shape, size and veining change from piece to piece. The photo is a guide and what you receive is unique.
Is there a stone you do not recommend?
Yes, and we say so openly: Natural Moldavite Piece. We sell it, but it is not a stone to start with or to wear without thinking. We explain why in the only stone we don’t recommend.
How long does delivery take?
We deliver across Europe in 3 to 5 days.
