🔮 The essence of grounding
This incense exhales deeply earthy and vegetable aromas that create a space of absolute stability. When anxiety and scattered energy cloud your mind, The Earth acts as an invisible anchor, returning your energy to the here and now. Its aroma evokes deep roots, warm stone and wet grass, connecting you directly with the element that sustains all life.
✨ How to light it with intention
- Light it at dawn or dusk, when the light is most golden and the body naturally feels the call to rest
- Place it in your bedroom, living room or meditation space where you can stay for 15-20 minutes undisturbed
- Sit with your back straight, breathe deeply and visualise roots sprouting from your body towards the centre of the earth
- Thursdays enhance its effect, a day of grounding and manifestation in esoteric tradition
🌿 Moments when The Earth sustains you
- After a chaotic day, when you need to regain balance
- Before making important decisions that require clarity and security
- During times of major life changes that generate uncertainty
- In meditation sessions focused on the root chakra
- When seeking to strengthen your connection with nature and earthly cycles
