¡Buenos días, Cristina! En primer lugar, lo ideal sería que empezaras haciendo la limpieza. Te recomiendo los 3 velones preparados de San Deshacedor, San Miguel y San Cipriano para que realices la más completa (limpiar, purificar y proteger). Una vez termines con esto, podrás trabajar las demás peticiones sin tener energías negativas o lastres anteriores. Posteriormente te recomiendo el Doble Carga Quiero Estar Bien junto con el Propósito de Claridad Mental para trabajar en esa calma mental que comentas. Los días que te sientas más nerviosa de lo habitual, puedes ayudarte de velones como el de Benigno Manso o de velitas de miel. Si tienes cualquier duda me dices y lo comentamos. Saludos.
