💀 What's the Yellow Skull Candle Used For?
This candle acts as a multidimensional protective shield that works on several levels of your energetic reality. The skull, far from representing death, is a portal of ancestral wisdom that safeguards against harmful energies, envy and subtle attacks. Its three wicks multiply the protective intention, creating a luminous barrier that envelops your aura, your home and your personal spaces.
The colour golden yellow is the vibration of the protective sun: it symbolises mental clarity, inner strength and divine light. This tone drives away energetic darkness and draws benevolence, becoming an invisible sentinel that works tirelessly in your favour.
🕯️ How do you use it?
Each person adapts the ritual to their intention; these steps are a guiding framework, not a rigid rule. Let your intuition lead you:
- Find a quiet moment free from distractions, and set your intention with clarity: think about what you wish to achieve.
- With a pointed wooden object, inscribe on the candle the details that define your request (name, surname, date of birth, address…). If your request is to attract something positive, strengthen or improve, inscribe from the wick towards the base; if it's to banish, cleanse or break something, do so from the base towards the wick.
- Anoint and coat the candle with the natural elements that best suit your request (herbs, essences, incenses, perfumes…), following the same direction.
- Strengthen visualisation with photographs, representative objects or a parchment with your request written in pencil, placed next to the figure.
- Hold it between your hands with intention, recite your prayer and let it burn away completely.

✨ Symbolism of the skull
The skull is one of the most powerful symbols in Hispano-American protective magic. It represents ancestral wisdom and transmutation: it transforms the negative into protection, becoming a portal that safeguards the bearer against harmful influences and dense energies. Its form enhances the visualisation of your request during the ritual.
✨ Why a figure in this shape?
Candles shaped as figures help you to focus and visualise your intention more clearly and deeply. The skull's form not only concentrates protective energy, but allows you to connect with ancestral symbolism as you watch the flames dance, reinforcing your request at both a conscious and unconscious level.
