Buenas, como bien dices los pergaminos con la petición es la mejor opción para poner testigos en las cabezas. Si se tiene algo personal de la persona a tratar también se puede poner junto al pergamino en el mismo orificio (ejemplo: fotografía, unas gotas de su perfume, algo biológico como algún pelo. etc...)
