Cada botella puedes usarla en 3 ocasiones diferentes, dividiendo el contenido en tres partes iguales. Hay dos formas de hacerlo, según prefieras bañera o ducha:
En bañera:
Llena la bañera con agua a temperatura de tu preferencia.
Añade un tercio del contenido del baño.
Relájate mínimo 5 minutos sumergida en el agua, permitiendo que el baño actúe energéticamente.
En ducha:
Primero, dúchate como lo haces habitualmente con tu gel de uso diario.
Luego, aplica el baño energético como si fuera un segundo lavado, desde la cabeza hacia los pies, enfocándote en la intención.

¡Buenos días, Tere! Si, este baño está pensado para calmar estrés y ansiedad. Se usa dividiendo el botellín en 3 partes, y completando 3 baños (no es necesario que se hagan 3 días seguidos). Si lo haces en bañera tienes que tirar el 1/3 del botellín y estar alrededor de 10 minutos en el agua. También lo puedes hacer en la ducha, pasándote el 1/3 de cuello hacia abajo y luego enjuagar.
